Description

The Serafinite is a particular form of the clinochloro mineral, in particular it is an idrate silicate of magnesium, aluminum and iron.

The evening name comes from the Greek word evening, which refers to a be heavenly with three pairs of wings: the appearance of the crystals gathered in elongated fibrous-race structures recall the shape of the feathers. The colors fade from green to gray, to a particular and unmistakable dark green color; in which the sericeous shine of crystals combined with the inclusions of mica, interacts with light generating an effect of silver reflections.
